Services

I offer in person and online telehealth appointments via Zoom.

My work is primarily solution-focused and integrative. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches and tailor treatment to the individual needs, preferences, goals, and circumstances of each client. No single therapeutic approach is appropriate or effective for every person. I therefore draw from multiple evidence-informed and complementary approaches and collaborate with clients to determine which methods are appropriate for their individual goals and circumstances.

Approaches I may incorporate include: Narrative Therapy, Memory Reconsolidation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), EMDR, Hypnosis and guided imagery, Mindfulness and breathwork, Qigong and Acupressure.

I facilitate two monthly online support groups through the Pulmonary Hypertension Association via Zoom. One is for patients and caregivers and is generally on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 1am Pacific Time. The other group is for caregivers only on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 5 pm Pacific Time. Registration for both groups can be found at Pulmonary Hypertension Association.
